Sleeping 14 people (max 12 adults) in six bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, Chalet Les Noisettes is the perfect choice for a group of family or friends looking for comfort, elegance and great facilities, just minutes from the Super Morzine gondola lift.
Outside the ski season, guests can enjoy wonderful lakeside walks, mountain hikes and a large choice of cycle routes from this chalet, which is conveniently located between the popular resort of Morzine and the quieter village of Montriond. The lake at Montriond is popular for family walks and has a swimming area and café – the perfect place for a summer day out.
There is a bus stop right in front of Chalet Les Noisettes, making it easy to get around and explore this beautiful area, even without a car.
About the property...
With six bedrooms and six bathrooms over three floors, this deceptively spacious, split-level chalet offers plenty of room for up to 14 guests (12 adults).
There's an entrance on the ground floor which will take you into the house via the bike store, the ski room which has a heated boot rack, and the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There's a beautiful bunk room on this floor, with two sets of bunk beds and space to play, right next to a bathroom and a TV room with squishy modular seating. This floor is a great place for older children to hang out and enjoy their own space.
There are four more bedrooms on the first floor, all of which can be arranged with large double beds or two single beds. Each bedroom has access to a balcony and has its own bath or shower room, complete with toiletries and hairdryers.
The top floor at Chalet Les Noisettes is where you'll find the stunning, split-level living area. There's a huge sofa and chairs in front of a Smart TV with Sonos surround sound and Bluetooth connection, so that you can enjoy your own music during your stay. The large dining table has plenty of room for everyone to eat together comfortably, and is sure to be the setting for some memorable meals and conversations. Doors open onto a large furnished balcony at the front of the house, where you can enjoy meals with views of the Pleney, Nyon and Roc d'Enfer mountains.
The well-equipped kitchen is separated from the rest of the living area by a few steps, and has everything you need to conjure up delicious meals for your group. There's also a breakfast bar and a separate smaller dining table which is the perfect place for breakfast.
There's a sunny terrace at the side of Chalet les Noisettes, where you'll find the bubble sauna, a six-person hot tub and sunbeds, as well as a garden.
The final bedroom is on this floor, which has a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a WC and two wash basins.
There is parking in front of the chalet as well as in the garage, which has a charging station for electric vehicles.
About the area...
Chalet Les Noisettes' location between Morzine and Montriond makes it ideally placed for exploring the 12 mountain resorts of the Portes du Soleil. It's a 750m walk to the Super Morzine gondola lift, and a short bus ride or drive to Montriond and Les Gets.
With 650km of pistes, almost 200 lifts and endless cross-country skiing, you’ll never be bored in this winter sports paradise.The Portes du Soleil resorts span the Swiss border, so why not ski into Switzerland for lunch? But be careful which route you choose – the Swiss Wall is a piste that challenges even the most experienced skiers.
If you’re not a skier, or if you fancy a change from the slopes, Morzine also offers indoor and outdoor ice skating rinks, which regularly play host to ice hockey matches. The more adventurous might like to try snowmobiling, ice-diving, or tandem paragliding. If you’d rather discover the area in a more sedate manner, try a sleigh ride.
Other ways to have fun include snowshoeing and sledging, while the Indiana adventure park in Morzine offers a variety of activities for all ages.
When the snow melts, the slopes around Morzine and Montriond become a haven for walkers, mountain bikers and thrill-seekers. The lifts will transport you and your bike up into the mountains, leaving you to come back down at your leisure – pack a picnic and make a day of it!
Morzine has earned the Famille Plus status for its excellent childcare and entertainment – a perfect choice for young families. There are superb water parks in Morzine and Avoriaz, plus two summer sledging runs. The Indiana adventure park has a range of tree-top adventure courses to suit all ages and Morzine's sports centre, the Parc des Dérêches, offer tennis courts, swimming pools, an ice rink, skate park and a riding centre.
Other nearby activities include climbing, rafting, via ferrata, canyoning, mini-golf, quad bikes, fishing, kayaking and hiking. Don’t forget to visit Lake Montriond for swimming, lakeside walks and the beautiful Brochaux waterfalls. You can also visit nearby cheese farms, buy fresh fish at Morzine's trout lake and wonderful delicacies from the local markets.

“amazing ski trip with sauna and hot tub”
I had the most amazing 30th birthday ski trip staying at Chalet Noisette, and could not fault the place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, and the beds extremely comfy. The living room and kitchen provided a great atmosphere. We had a private chef in and easily accommodated everyone. The sauna and hot tub were also a great way to finish the day, and very easy to use and clean. The walk to the main Super Morzine lift to get to Avoriaz was only short too.

The house is exceptional, with every detail carefully considered and fully equipped for hosting larger groups. The chalet is both comfortable and beautifully designed, with well-planned living spaces. The garden is a real highlight, featuring a jacuzzi and sauna that complete the experience.

Chalet Les Noisettes is a three-storey, detached chalet for 14 with six bedrooms and six bath or shower rooms.
Located on the edge of Morzine, and just a short drive from the village of Montriond and its beautiful lake, this elegant, contemporary home is in a great location for those who want to explore the 12 resorts of the Portes du Soleil ski domaine. And with the free shuttle bus stopping right outside the front door and the Super Morzine cable car just 750m away, getting around is easy.
There is just as much to do in summer, with plenty of walks, hikes and cycle trails around the lake and mountains. Morzine has an ice rink, a tree-top adventure course and a wonderful sports and swimming centre, as well as a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants.
The spacious living area is on the top floor of Chalet les Noisettes. Gather on the huge sofa in front of the Smart TV, enjoy a meal together at the large dining table or perhaps a barbecue on the sunny terrace.
The large kitchen is separated from the living area by a few steps, and has everything you need to cook for your group, as well as a breakfast bar and another table.
The hot tub and bubble sauna can be found on the sunny terrace at the side of the house – enjoy the views from the sauna, star-gazing from the hot tub or just stretch out on the sunbeds and top up your tan.
Five of the six bedrooms at Chalet les Noisettes are double rooms, which can be made up with two single beds or a large double. Each room has a shower or bath room and doors to a balcony, and you'll find toiletries and a hairdryer in all of the bathrooms.
The sixth bedroom is a bunk room for four on the ground floor, next to a bathroom and a cosy TV room. Younger guests will love being able to make this space their own! There's also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a ski room with a heated boot rack and a bike store.
There's plenty of parking too, with a garage with an EV charging point and more spaces in front of the chalet.
With great facilities, flexible bedrooms and stylish decor, Chalet les Noisettes is a great choice for a group of family or friends who want access to great mountain sports, as well as the bars and restaurants of the resort centre and a quieter base to return to at the end of the day.

Like many people who come to the Portes du Soleil, Morzine was the place that stole a piece of my heart.
Ever since my first visit in the late 2000s on family ski holidays, I've not been able to resist returning on a regular basis. Then in 2019, the Alps and Morzine became my permanent home.
My experience in the hospitality business goes back over 20 years in the luxury hotel sector in the UK.
Chalet Les Noisettes is a property that I created from scratch, from a green space to a fully-furnished, high-quality contemporary mountain chalet.
My personal mission at Chalet Les Noisettes is to provide an outstanding holiday experience for my guests. Along with my team, we make sure that every detail is perfect and ensure that you have the holiday of a lifetime.
